Factors Influencing Nursing Student Learning During Clinical Placements: A Modified Delphi Study

A modified Delphi study generated expert consensus on the importance of these factors in influencing student learning. Enablers of student learning include a positive workplace culture, student attitude, and clear communication between facilitators and students. Barriers to student learning include lack of teaching time, short placement durations, and poor student and facilitator attitudes.
