In this paper, it is proven analytically that the sufficient condition stated in proposition 3 of Zhou and Zou (2023) is never satisfied. A new sufficient condition that does hold is provided, and its implications are discussed.
In this paper, we analytically prove that the sufficient condition in proposition 3 of Zhou and Zou (2023) never holds. We provide a new sufficient condition that actually holds, and discuss its implications.
