The study uses a three-phase approach based on contingency theory and triple bottom line approach, and ranks sustainable practices using literature analysis, fuzzy Delphi, and Best Worst Method. The uniqueness of the study lies in its application of a combined compromise solution to rank sustainability performance improvement in warehouses. The results highlight the importance of green operations, sustainable work culture, strategies, and policies in driving sustainability performance outcomes.
