The Relationship Between Stress and Resilience of Nurses in Intensive Care Units During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Summary: This study aimed to assess the relationship between stress and resilience of intensive care unit nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that intensive care nurses reported high levels of stress and low levels of resilience, and there was a negative correlation between stress and resilience. These findings highlight the importance of controlling nurses' stress levels and identifying stress sources related to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of care.
