Summary: The objective of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of a multi-parameter intelligent fault diagnosis method based on a modified random forest algorithm (RFNB algorithm) to reduce the impact of blockage fault on the operation of a silage harvester and provide a reference for intelligent control. The results showed that the RFNB algorithm had higher fault diagnosis accuracy compared to the RF algorithm, and it provided a new idea for fault monitoring and early warning of large agricultural rotating machinery in the future.

Summary: This paper introduces a vibration-based fault detection algorithm for predicting the location of misfire in a spark-ignited engine. By mapping the misfire location on a self-organizing neural network using the Khonen self-organizing map (SOM) algorithm, it is found that the SOM has the ability to discern misfire locations in three-dimensional vibration signals. The clustering of the 3D vibration signals improves the detection accuracy of misfires.

Summary: This paper focuses on the faults of tractor transmission and uses support vector machine method to identify three fault modes with high classification accuracy and fault diagnosis correctness. The analysis of fault recording data shows that there is a small difference between fault pressure data and normal data, while the value of traffic data is greater. This study provides a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis of the PST electro-hydraulic control system.
