Summary: There are differences in volatile compounds between Bronx Seedless grapes and Italia grapes, with Bronx Seedless grapes having higher content of terpenes and lower content of alcohols, aldehydes, and fatty acids. Both varieties can be classified as neutral aromatical varieties, but for better aromatic quality, Bronx Seedless grapes should be harvested later than Italia grapes.
