Maximal Steered Coherence and Its Conversion to Entanglement in Multiple Bosonic Reservoirs

Xiao-Xiao Xu et al.

Summary: The study reveals that in quantum computation, steering coherence can be significantly enhanced by taking advantage of non-Markovian effects, and can be completely converted into stronger entanglement. This provides a potential approach for remotely generating and manipulating coherence and entanglement in noisy environments.

Optical tomography dynamics induced by qubit-resonator interaction under intrinsic decoherence

A-B A. Mohamed et al.

Summary: This paper investigates a superconducting circuit consisting of a qubit and a resonator coupled via a two-photon interaction. Optical tomography and quantum coherence dynamics are studied in the context of intrinsic decoherence when the resonator is initially in a superposition of coherent states. The results show that optical tomography is a good quantifier of the quantum coherence generated by the qubit-resonator interaction. The effects of qubit-resonator detuning and intrinsic decoherence on the dynamics of optical tomography distributions for coherent and even coherent states are investigated. Our numerical simulations reveal a relationship between optical tomography and the generated quantum coherence, with changes in detuning and intrinsic decoherence significantly affecting the amplitude, intensity, and structure of the optical tomography.

Witnessing entanglement between two two-level atoms moving inside a leaky cavity under classical control

J. Taghipour et al.

Summary: Based on the quantum memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation (QMA-EUR), the dynamics of entanglement witness in a two-atom system, coupled to a leaky cavity with two-photon relaxation, is investigated. It is found that increasing the intensity of the classical driving field and the velocity of the atoms can prolong the time of entanglement witness. The entanglement region is protected under both symmetrical and asymmetrical atom-cavity coupling regimes.

Dynamics of quantum correlations in a qubit-qutrit spin system under random telegraph noise

Fadwa Benabdallah et al.

Summary: The study investigates the time evolution of a qubit-qutrit XXX spin model under different noise channels and reveals entanglement sudden deaths and revivals at specific temperatures. The geometric quantum discord shows a more stable evolution pattern over time compared to entanglement negativity, which undergoes substantial changes with temperature variations.

Nonclassical effects in a nonlinear two trapped-particles system under intrinsic decoherence

A-B A. Mohamed et al.

Summary: This paper analytically explores the dynamics of a nonlinear two-qubit system derived from a physical model that describes laser-irradiated two trapped particles in the Lamb-Dicke regime. It investigates the effect of Lamb-Dicke parameter and intrinsic decoherence on particle population inversion, entanglement between trapped particles and their center-of-mass modes, as well as entanglement between trapped particles. The study shows that increasing the Lamb-Dicke parameter can enhance the generated entanglement, but the effects of Lamb-Dicke nonlinearity and intrinsic decoherence become more pronounced with larger values.

Summary: The scheme generates continuous-variable bipartite entanglement between two optical modes by utilizing a hybrid optical-microwave-plasmonic graphene waveguide system. It can be used for continuous-variable quantum teleportation of light signals and is robust against thermal noise associated with the microwave degree of freedom.

Adaptive Fuzzy Variable Structure Control of Fractional-Order Nonlinear Systems with Input Nonlinearities

Shumin Ha et al.

Summary: The paper addresses unknown dead-zone input nonlinearities in Riemann-Liouville fractional-order nonlinear systems (FONSs) and Caputo FONSs. By using fractional-order Lyapunov stability theory, a variable structure adaptive fuzzy control (AFC) scheme is designed to handle the unknown DZINs in FONSs. The scheme utilizes fuzzy logic systems to handle unknown terms of FONSs and uncertain terms of DZINs, ensuring the boundedness of parameters via fractional-order adaptive laws (FOALs).
