Copper Iodide Inks for High-Resolution X-ray Imaging Screens

Summary: Copper-based halide scintillators have attracted interest due to their advantageous properties. In this study, Cu(I) iodide inks containing Cu4I6(L-1)(2) nanoparticles and Cu4I6(L-2)(2) nanorods were synthesized for X-ray imaging. The resulting scintillators demonstrated high photoluminescence quantum yields and low detection limits, making them suitable for medical radiography and nondestructive detection.

Airflow-Controlled Crystallization for a Multi- Inch 2D Halide Perovskite Single-Crystal Scintillator for Fast High-Resolution X-ray Imaging
