Two new ent-atisanediterpenoids, ent-atisane-16, 17-isopropylidenedioxy-19-ol-3-one (1) and ent-atisane-16, 17-isopropylidenedioxy-11, 18-dihydroxyl-3-one (2) were isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses.
