Genome-wide identification and expression analysis response to GA3 stresses of WRKY gene family in seed hemp (Cannabis sativa L)

Huawei Wei et al.

Summary: In this study, we analyzed the WRKY gene family in seed hemp. The results showed that CasWRKY genes can be classified into different groups and subgroups, and they have undergone tandem and segmental duplication events. Furthermore, the promoter regions of CasWRKY genes contain diverse cis-regulatory elements, and some of these genes play key roles in plant growth and development, as revealed by expression analysis.
