Over 130 cm2/Vs Hall mobility of flexible transparent conductive In2O3 films by excimer-laser solid-phase crystallization

Junichi Nomoto et al.

Summary: In this study, a novel Ce and H codoped In2O3 (ICO:H) film was fabricated on flexible polyethylene terephthalate (PET) using excimer laser irradiation. The ICO:H film exhibited ultrahigh electron mobility and low sheet resistance, surpassing the performance of commercially available ITO/PET films. Furthermore, it also maintained higher infrared transparency.

Origin of simultaneous enhancement of work function and carrier concentration in In2O3 films by excimer-laser irradiation

Junichi Nomoto et al.

Summary: Excimer laser irradiation (ELI) can increase both the work function and carrier concentration in doped In2O3 films, providing potential benefits for fabricating transparent conducting oxides. However, the effects of ELI differ significantly between the bulk and the surface of the material, highlighting the importance of understanding these distinctions for the development of high-performance TCO for OLED applications.
