Summary: A rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of wind turbine planetary gearbox is established in this study, considering different transfer paths and variable conditions. The model is validated through simulations and experiments, and it can analyze the gearbox's output shaft speed, vibration response, and fault characteristics under variable speed conditions. This modeling method provides a new idea for multi-path modeling of wind turbine gearboxes and the study of fault mechanism.

Summary: This study investigates the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of gear systems under different load states. A dynamic model is established using the concentrated mass method, considering nonlinear factors such as tooth side clearance, time-varying meshing stiffness, and transmission errors. The study analyzes the effect of the meshing damping ratio on the dynamic characteristics of the system under different load states. The results show that the engagement damping ratio has a greater influence on the system's dynamic characteristics under light load conditions, while the effect is small under heavy load conditions. Increasing the mesh damping ratio appropriately helps the gear system avoid the chaotic zone and maintain a stable cyclic motion state.

Summary: This study analyzes the meshing stiffness of gear pair with tooth tip chipping fault and establishes a new nonlinear dynamic model including tooth backlash, time-varying mesh stiffness, and manufacturing error. The dynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed by comparing the global bifurcation diagrams between the health system and the fault system when varying excitation frequency and tooth backlash, revealing a more complex motion state in the fault system. Through phase diagrams and Poincare maps, the local characteristics of the system are revealed, providing theoretical support for dynamic design and fault diagnosis of planetary gear transmission systems under the environment of gear fault-prone.

Summary: A two-parameter Weibull distribution model is used to describe the distribution of random wind speed in the 1.5 MW wind turbine planetary gear system, and a nonlinear dynamic model of the system is established. The influence of random load and stiffness ratio on the transmission system is analyzed, showing that changing the stiffness ratio can help the planetary gear avoid chaos and enter stable periodic motion.

Summary: This study introduces a nonlinear dynamic model for a spur gear transmission system with non-uniform wear, demonstrating the effects of surface wear on the system's nonlinear dynamic characteristics. The model considers various factors such as surface friction, time-varying gear backlash, mesh stiffness, and eccentricity, and uses the Runge-Kutta method for solution. The study examines bifurcation and chaos in the dynamic model with changing operating time and excitation frequency, providing insights into the nonlinear dynamics of gear transmission systems under real conditions.
