Summary: The incentives for the new energy vehicle industry are decreasing, making it important to motivate car companies and consumers to choose new energy vehicles through the use of blockchain technology for carbon trading. This study analyzes the strategic choices of the government, automobile manufacturers, and consumers using evolutionary games and simulation analysis.

Summary: This paper presents a method to reduce harmonic injection in PV-based distributed generation units using search-based optimisation techniques. The method addresses the challenge of maintaining constant DC bus and output voltage under partial shading conditions (PSCs) with a single boost converter. It introduces novel series compensation and selective harmonic elimination pulse width modulation (SHEPWM) to remove harmonics and regulate the grid-side voltage variation. The proposed method has been validated through experimentation and shown to be efficient in terms of power quality and maximum power point tracking.

Summary: This paper focuses on the statistical analysis of wind velocity variance time-series data obtained over the Bay of Bengal to study the turbulent energy cascade. A double power-law (DPL) model is proposed to cover the spectral ranges of frequencies, and statistical analysis provides equations for both the power laws with high confidence levels. The Heaviside functions help to formulate a single equation describing the entire spectral density. The DPL model is found to be a better fit than the -5/3 power law, with a close to 96% R(2) score compared to a 90% R-2 score of the -5/3 power law.

Summary: Microgrids face challenges such as small-scale volatility, uncertainty, intermittency and demand-side uncertainty of distributed energy resources (DERs). Traditional microgrids are unable to meet the flexible energy dispatch between complex demands and microgrids. This paper proposes an overall environment approach for microgrid control, which ensures power supply for flexible loads and minimizes input costs by considering the response priority of each component.
