Summary: This study proposes two subsidy strategies, consistent subsidy and adaptive subsidy, and comprehensively evaluates the effects of different subsidy policies using a network-based evolutionary game model. The results show that subsidy for enterprises is more efficient and adaptive subsidy is more cost-effective.

Summary: This study examines the optimal product-line strategies of a monopoly automaker and the effects of dual-credit and subsidy back-slope policies on the economy and environment. A pricing model is constructed to analyze the impact of the policies on vehicle pricing, energy-saving level, and carbon emissions. The results show that the automaker's NEV technology capacity and the NEV credit pricing mechanism play crucial roles in the development of the environmentally friendly auto industry.

Summary: With the booming electric vehicle industry, the insufficient supply of electric vehicle charging infrastructure has become a major obstacle. Chinese governments have introduced multiple incentive policies to address this issue, but their effectiveness and differential effects are unclear. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model in complex networks to simulate the effects of these policies, and the results reveal the effectiveness and diminishing effects of various incentives. The study suggests implementing a policy mix to maximize the impact of incentives, but a careful cost-benefit analysis is necessary to avoid saturation.

Summary: This paper uses evolutionary game theory to explore an effective carbon taxation mechanism in the post-subsidy era based on hoteling demand. Through an evolutionary game model, the interplays between local governments and auto-manufacturers are analyzed. The optimal carbon tax mechanism and parameters sensitivity are then examined in different scenarios. The findings suggest that governments should implement appropriate carbon tax policies at different industrial developmental phases, and supplement them with support policies focused on promoting low-carbon consumption or subsidizing low-carbon behaviors.

Summary: Carbon emissions from private transportation and resident travel are increasing rapidly, requiring immediate action. Personal carbon trading (PCT) is considered an effective market tool in the private transportation sector to encourage low-carbon travel behavior. This study proposes a replacement decision model under the PCT scheme and uses life cycle cost (LCC) theories to address the issue of replacing new energy vehicles (NEVs). The results show that implementing a PCT scheme can accelerate the adoption of NEVs by consumers.

Summary: The study shows under the policy of banning gasoline vehicles, when the potential benefits of enterprises exceed potential penalties and negative supervision by the government is greater than positive supervision, the policy will be ineffective; however, when the utility of NGVs is higher than penalties for violations, producer's income exceeds R&D investment, and government incentives are lower than supervision costs, the system will reach an ideal equilibrium state.

Summary: This paper evaluates the effectiveness of different subsidies in China's New Energy Vehicle (NEV) market and investigates their impact on the stock market. The results show that preferential tax and government procurement policies have positive effects on NEV stock prices, while the impacts of fiscal subsidies are ambiguous. The findings emphasize the importance of setting transparent schedules and avoiding policy changes to minimize negative effects on the stock market.

Summary: This study examines the impact of personal carbon trading (PCT) on the development of the electric vehicle (EV) market by establishing a three-level Stackelberg game model. The findings indicate that PCT subsidies have higher efficiency compared to purchase subsidies, resulting in more government savings in the auto market and greater CO2 emission reductions. Additionally, differentiated carbon prices should be adopted for private vehicles, taxis, and buses to ensure fairness in the trading market. The research results can contribute to the implementation of PCT subsidies and the development of a consumption-side subsidy policy system in the automotive market.

Summary: The study finds that under certain conditions of research and development and advertising investment benefits, consumption-side subsidies can better improve the investment in research and development, advertising, profits, and social welfare in the new energy vehicles industry. Additionally, the government should prioritize consumption-side subsidies when formulating subsidy strategies and provide moderate subsidies for NEVs production and research and development investments to maximize social welfare.

Summary: This paper proposes a secure energy system consisting of private and public blockchains for vehicles in sustainable cities and society. The system aims to protect vehicle owners' interests and privacy through dynamic demand based pricing policy and application of differential privacy. The research results show significant reductions in energy prices and operating costs, along with higher levels of security and privacy protection.

Summary: New energy vehicles play an important role in the sustainable development of the automobile industry and have been elevated to a national strategic level. This study establishes a quantitative model based on game theory to analyze the competition between firms producing traditional fuel vehicles and those manufacturing new energy vehicles. It also explores the impacts of cooperative and non-cooperative strategies. The results demonstrate the possibility of firms cooperating to achieve a win-win situation in terms of profit and analyze the effects of different regulation intensities on the promotion of new energy vehicles.

Summary: This study investigates the impact of consumer preferences and government policies on the R&D diffusion of new energy vehicles (NEVs) using complex network evolutionary game theory. Simulation analysis shows that consumer green preferences and the quota system have a dual effect on R&D diffusion, while carbon price and R&D tax incentives can promote R&D diffusion with certain thresholds and limits.

Summary: This study establishes an evolutionary game model based on a complex network to analyze the dynamic impact of government policies on the diffusion of green innovation among peer enterprises. The results indicate that green innovation incentives, environmental protection taxes, and innovation subsidies are effective policy tools for promoting green innovation diffusion, while the information interaction mechanisms also have an impact on policy effectiveness.

Summary: This paper examines the impact of government subsidies on innovation in Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises. The study finds that government subsidies have a promoting effect on firms' innovation, especially in privately-owned firms and the central region. It also shows that reducing subsidies has a negative impact on innovation in the western region, while the positive influence of subsidies is enhanced in privately-owned firms after subsidy fraud exposure. No evidence is found for a positive spillover effect among companies in terms of spatial correlation.
