Eco-friendly ceramic bricks: a comparative study of life cycle impact methods

Summary: The study aims to assess the environmental impacts associated with the development of alternative building materials. The lifecycle assessment (LCA) method was used to compare the environmental impacts of conventional and alternative bricks. The sensitivity analysis showed that using a mixture of wood and biomass as an alternative input for the firing process can reduce the environmental impacts of the construction materials.
