Protocol-based filtering for fuzzy Markov affine systems with switching chain

Jun Cheng et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the reduced-order filter design method for fuzzy Markov jump affine systems with dynamic event-triggered protocol and uncertain packet dropouts. The novel nonhomogeneous Markov process is proposed to describe the generalized stochastic jumping among subsystems. A dynamic event-triggered protocol is provided to alleviate the network transmission burden. Sufficient criteria are attained to ensure stochastic stability and prescribed l(2) - l(infinity) performance for the filtering error systems.

Protocol-Based Output-Feedback Control for Semi-Markov Jump Systems

Jun Cheng et al.

Summary: This study addresses the output-feedback control problem for general semi-Markov jump systems with a memory-dynamic event-triggered protocol. A novel framework of semi-Markov process subject to a higher level deterministic switching signal is constructed based on the average dwell-time strategy. By proposing a dynamic-memory event-triggered protocol and considering an asynchronous memory-based output-feedback control law, the mean-square exponential stability of the closed-loop system is ensured.

Asynchronous Control for Discrete-Time Hidden Markov Jump Power Systems

Subramanian Kuppusamy et al.

Summary: This article studies the stabilization problem of discrete-time power systems subject to random abrupt changes using asynchronous control. A hidden Markov model technique is used to characterize the nonsynchronization between the control and system, and sufficient conditions are obtained by constructing mode-dependent stochastic Lyapunov function, ensuring the stochastic stability of the resulting hidden Markov jump systems and the existence of the desired control. Simulation examples show the efficiency of the designed control law.

Event-Triggered Fuzzy Control for Nonlinear Systems via Sliding Mode Approach

Xiaojie Su et al.

Summary: This article presents a novel continuous-time dynamic sliding mode control method for Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy nonlinear systems based on an event-triggered mechanism. By establishing a new sliding mode dynamic system and utilizing a new Lyapunov function and reciprocally convex method, the asymptotic stability of the constructed network sliding mode dynamics is ensured. The explicit expression of the desired sliding mode controller is given in the form of linear matrix inequalities, and the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed design techniques are demonstrated through a numerical example.

Summary: This article presents a novel adaptive-event-trigger-based fuzzy nonlinear lateral dynamic control algorithm for autonomous electric vehicles under insecure communication networks. The integration of path following control and direct yaw moment control is considered to acquire a better lateral dynamic performance. An adaptive event-triggered communication mechanism is proposed to save communication resource, and the controller's robustness is enhanced by considering insecure communication links. Summary: This paper introduces a hybrid-triggered security control design for networked control systems under multiple cyber attacks, aiming to mitigate the burden of network transmission. A new model of multiple cyber attacks is built by considering deception attacks and DoS attacks simultaneously, and a novel NCS model based on multiple cyber attacks is established with the hybrid-triggered scheme.
