A U-snake based deep learning network for right ventricle segmentation

Kaiwen Huang et al.

Summary: In this study, a deep learning method named U-Snake is proposed for automatic segmentation of the right ventricle. By improving the deep snake and level set method, combining circular convolution of multiple dilation rates, and adding Dice loss functions, good results can be achieved in right ventricular segmentation.
