Relationship between premenstrual syndrome and sleep quality among nursing and medical students

Summary: This study aimed to examine the relationship between premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and sleep quality among nursing and medical students. The findings revealed a positive correlation between sleep quality and PMS symptoms, with sleep changes being the strongest predictor. The study suggests the importance of training programs about PMS for university students and the need for intervention studies to improve sleep quality among those with PMS.
