Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Sleep Quality and Mental Health of College Students

Summary: The objective of this study is to explore the impact of physical activity intervention on the mental health and sleep quality of college students, providing new insights for colleges and universities to carry out mental health interventions. The results indicate that there is a relationship between aerobic exercise and sleep quality and psychological health of college students. The study also proves that the design of mandatory aerobic exercise courses can effectively help college students who lack exercise and have sleep problems.
