The Impact of Behavioral and Economic Drivers on Gig Economy Workers

Summary: In this study, we examine the labor decisions of on-demand workers through a collaboration with a ride-hailing platform. Our findings show that financial incentives have a significant positive impact on the decision to work and the work duration.
