Every aspect of our everyday lives is being revolutionized by the advent and development of information technology, which has resulted in increased productivity and efficiency. Smart and intelligent systems based on IT are also playing an increasingly important role in the development of high-quality education. During the COVID-19 pandemic, information and communication technologies were extremely successful, and educational institutions were able to continue their operations online with ease thanks to the usage of various modern technologies.

Smart and intelligent systems based on IT are also playing an increasingly important role in the development of high-quality education. These systems are quite beneficial in terms of delivering a highly interactive and user-friendly learning environment for pupils. Students can communicate with lecturers and other students more easily and reliably thanks to the introduction of current technology. Learners' abilities and interests are substantially boosted in the learning process as a result of highly interactive content created with smart technology. With the customized learning environment produced by information and communication technology, students can now learn according to their talents and capacities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, information and communication technologies were extremely successful, and educational institutions were able to continue their operations online with ease thanks to the usage of various modern technologies. Teachers and students alike support the use of technology in education because it has the potential to improve student learning outcomes. IT-based education is a rapidly growing subject that is critical to the success of every educational institution. The current study has presented a detailed overview of the existing approaches associated with the role of IT in blended learning, flipped learning, and e-learning. The literature is analyzed according to the famous libraries and the search process results are presented. The current study has synthesized and summarized the current body of knowledge on a given area. A thorough assessment of the literature, careful interpretation of the material, and clear, concise presentations have been done in the paper.
