Summary: The study found that the diet and egg treatment of Japanese quail parents significantly affect the growth, reproductive capacity, and stress response of the first generation. Additionally, while maternal stress may have an impact on offspring, enhanced methyl diets appear to have positive effects on bird reproduction, growth, and stress function.
