Charged Accelerating BTZ Black Holes

B. Eslam Panah

Summary: In this paper, general uncharged accelerating BTZ black hole solutions are extracted and some of their properties are studied. The analysis reveals that the spacetime's asymptotic behavior depends on four parameters: the cosmological constant, mass, acceleration, and topological constant. The temperature of these black holes is found to be always positive for AdS spacetime. Charged accelerating BTZ black hole solutions in the presence of a conformally invariant Maxwell field are also investigated. The findings show a coupling between the electrical charge and other quantities of the accelerating BTZ black holes. The asymptotic behavior and temperature of charged accelerating BTZ black holes are studied, with the temperature depending on the electrical charge, accelerating parameter, and cosmological constant.

Thermodynamics and Phase Transition of Gravitational Global and Local Monopole

Seyedeh Fatemeh Mirekhtiary et al.

Summary: We calculate the Hawking temperature of a regular self-gravitating 't Hooft-Polyakov magnetic monopole in global and local monopole black holes. Two different methods, the tunneling method and the topological method, are applied to obtain the standard Hawking temperatures of these two geometries. A phase transition near the Planck scale is also studied. The validity of the first law of thermodynamics and the thermodynamic instability of the global and local monopole black holes are checked.

Quantum tunneling from accelerating three-dimensional black hole

Usman A. Gillani et al.

Summary: This work presents Hawking radiation as a quantum tunneling phenomenon from accelerating BTZ black holes. The Hawking radiation from the horizon of the accelerating BTZ black hole for Dirac particles is calculated using the WKB approximation for the Dirac equation in the background of three-dimensional black holes. The tunneling probability obtained from this procedure is used to calculate the Hawking temperature of the background three-dimensional black hole. The study is consistent with previous research in the absence of the acceleration parameter, and quantum corrections to the Hawking temperature of the accelerating BTZ black hole are also investigated.

Fermion tunneling, instability, and first law of Rindler modified Schwarzschild black hole as a thermodynamic system

S. Fatemeh Mirekhtiary et al.

Summary: This study investigates the quantum tunneling of spin-half particles through the event horizon of a Rindler modified Schwarzschild black hole (RMSBH) in the presence of quintessence matter. The analysis focuses on the thermodynamics of RMSBH in Kiselev coordinates, exploring its entropy, thermal stability, and being an unstable system with fluctuations. The integral formulation of the first law of RMSBH in the absence of a cosmological constant is also discussed alongside the study of Ruppeiner geometry for Rindler acceleration and pressure with fixed ensembles.

Hawking radiation and particle dynamics in accelerating non-Kerr black holes

Usman A. Gillani et al.

Summary: This article investigates Hawking radiation and particle dynamics for accelerating non-Kerr black holes, analyzing incoming and outgoing, charged and uncharged scalar and Dirac particles. The Hawking temperature of both massive and massless Dirac particles is calculated, as well as the center of mass energy of colliding particles, and the classical action expression for charged fermions. Results are compared with existing literature.

Holographic complexity in charged accelerating black holes

Shun Jiang et al.

Summary: By utilizing the complexity equals action conjecture, this study investigates the complexity growth of boundary quantum systems with conical deficits and highlights the differences in complexity growth rate compared to ordinary charged black holes. The research suggests that complexity can carry information about conical deficits in the boundary quantum system.

Global first laws of accelerating black holes

Adam Ball

Summary: This work extends the first law of black hole mechanics to the rotating, charged C-metric and the Ernst metric, both of which have the charged C-metric as a special case. These metrics are all (3 + 1)-dimensional with vanishing cosmological constant, and they physically describe a pair of black holes being pulled apart to null infinity by some external force. The first laws presented in this study are global in nature, applying to an entire patch of spacetime rather than just the neighborhood of the black hole, and are formulated with respect to 'boost time' in line with the celestial holographic approach to scattering amplitudes.

Can the power Maxwell nonlinear electrodynamics theory remove the singularity of electric field of point-like charges at their locations?

Behzad Eslam Panah

Summary: We introduce a new Maxwell nonlinear electrodynamics theory that can remove the singularity of electric field of point-like charges at their locations. The paper demonstrates that the power Maxwell NED theory can remove this singularity when the power is less than s < 1/2.
