Implementing the single/multiport tunable terahertz circularly polarized dielectric resonator antenna

Vishwanath et al.

Summary: In this study, a tunable terahertz circularly-polarized dielectric resonator antenna was implemented and numerically studied. The antenna achieved circular polarization by perturbing the modal field distribution and aligning the electric field vectors. It provided a wide impedance bandwidth and axial ratio bandwidth, and tunability was achieved by modulating the chemical potential of the graphene layer. The antenna exhibited high gain and radiation efficiency, making it suitable for multi-port wireless communication systems.
