SRS-22 and ODI are predominantly used PRO measurements for deformity surgery. Improvements in sagittal alignment correlated with better PRO, with T1-SPI performing better than SVA. Functional outcomes and accelerometer measurements are newer methods that have not been widely adopted or validated. Adoption of a minimum set of core outcome domains, PROs such as SRS-22, and contributing risk factors will facilitate international comparisons and benchmarking, ultimately enhancing value-based healthcare.
