This paper establishes a finite element model of the mistuned blisk with intentional mistuning of piezoelectric shunt damping patches (PSDPs) and analyzes the impact of mistuning on vibration reduction.
In this paper, the finite element model of the mistuned blisk with intentional mistuning of piezoelectric shunt damping patches (PSDPs) is established. In the process of modeling, the piezo-blisk substrate composite element and the substrate thickness variation element are analyzed. Then, compared with the experimental results, the feasibility and accuracy of the finite element model are verified. Finally, the impact of the circumferential position mistuning of PSDPs and piezoelectric shunt parameter mistuning on the vibration reduction of the blisk is analyzed. The results indicate that better vibration suppression effect can be obtained by reasonably designing the mistuned mode of PSDPS.
