p-type skutterudite (p-SKD) with laser patterned CoMo barrier layers were fabricated by a one-step hot press sintering process. Then the p-SKD coated by CoMo barriers layers with different patterned parameters were brazed with Cu electrodes. The shear strength increased by-1.5 times after laser processing.
