Evaluation of a long-acting injectable formulation of omeprazole in healthy dogs

Summary: This study evaluated the effect of a single intramuscular administration of long-acting omeprazole on gastric pH in dogs, and found that it effectively suppressed gastric acid secretion for an average of 5 to 7 days in healthy dogs, without major adverse effects.
