Catalysts Based on Strontium Titanate Doped with Ni/Co/Cu for Dry Reforming of Methane

Adrian Mizera et al.

Summary: Two series of strontium titanates doped with Ni, Co, or Cu were prepared using the wet chemical method, with different stoichiometries. These materials were characterized for their structural properties, possibility of reduction and oxidation reactions, and catalytic properties. Ni-doped samples showed the highest catalytic activity in dry reforming of methane reaction, while Co and Cu-doped samples had minimal catalytic effects. Additionally, a decrease in methane conversion with increasing calcination temperature was observed for Ni-doped strontium titanates.
