Impulsive average-consensus of multi-agent systems with time-delays

Linna Wei et al.

Summary: This paper investigates the impulsive average-consensus problem of first-order multi-agent systems with dynamically changing topologies. The continuous-time dynamics and impulsive protocols are both affected by nonuniform time-varying communication delays. By utilizing Razumikhin techniques and time-varying Lyapunov function method, some impulse-delay-dependent sufficient criteria for the average-consensus of multi-agent systems are derived. Numerical simulations are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the theoretical results.

Probability-guaranteed secure consensus control for time-varying stochastic multi-agent systems under mixed attacks

Kai Pang et al.

Summary: In this paper, the secure consensus control issue is investigated for a class of discrete time-varying stochastic multi-agent systems subject to cyber-attacks. A generic model is presented to account for random false data injection attacks and replay attacks. The objective is to design a control protocol that can drive all individual agents to reside within a desired ellipsoidal region despite the existence of mixed attacks. The paper provides sufficient conditions for the existence of the requested controller and formulates the feedback gains in terms of certain matrix inequalities.

Collective Iterative Learning Control: Exploiting Diversity in Multi-Agent Systems for Reference Tracking Tasks

Michael Meindl et al.

Summary: Multi-agent systems can autonomously learn new tasks by combining individual and collective intelligence. The proposed novel collective learning control method combines ILC with a collective update strategy, allowing the group to overcome trade-offs and limitations of single-agent ILC through designing a heterogeneous collective. The theoretical results are confirmed through simulations and experiments with TWIPRs.

Observer based switching ILC for consensus of nonlinear nonaffine multi-agent systems

Ronghu Chi et al.

Summary: This study proposes an observer-based iterative learning control method for accurate consensus tracking in nonlinear nonaffine multi-agent systems. By estimating the uncertainty of nonrepetitive initial states and disturbances and utilizing I/O data, it aims to reduce the influence of nonrepetitive initial values and measurement noises in iterative learning control.
