Effects of chronic folate deficiency and sex differences on depression-like behavior in mice

Effects of testosterone treatment on clitoral haemodynamics in women with sexual dysfunction

Summary: Systemic testosterone administration, alone or combined with local estrogens, showed positive effects on clitoral blood flow and clinical improvement in sexual function in women with FSD. The treatment was associated with increased clitoral artery peak systolic velocity, as well as improvements in desire, pain, arousal, lubrication, orgasm, and total scores on the FSFI. No adverse events were observed during the study.
