Control drug release behavior by highly stable and pH sensitive poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone)-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine) copolymer micelles

Avnish Kumar Mishra et al.

Summary: pH-sensitive and stable PNVP-b-P4VP micelles with low critical micelle concentration were successfully synthesized and showed excellent drug release capabilities under different pH conditions. The release of DOX could be effectively regulated by controlling pH, demonstrating high drug loading efficiency and good biocompatibility.

Aggregation behaviour of poly(fluoro(meth)acrylate)-block-poly(acrylic acid) copolymers at the air/water interface

Alexandra Grigoreva et al.

Summary: The formation of monolayers of PFA-b-PAA amphiphilic copolymers at the air/water interface was characterized using Langmuir film balance technique and atomic force microscopy. Both internal and external effects on the aggregation behavior of the copolymers were considered. The study found that the structure of the copolymer and the pH and salt concentration of the subphase have significant impacts on the surface behavior of the copolymers.
