Low-Cost Inorganic Strontium Ferrite a Novel Hole Transporting Material for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells

Ankush Kumar Tangra et al.

Summary: Perovskite solar cells using inorganic hole and electron transport layers (HTL and ETL) have been studied to enhance efficiency. The study found that the use of strontium ferrite (SrFe2O4) as HTL and zinc oxide (ZnO) as ETL improved power conversion efficiency. Numerical modeling showed the importance of optimizing layer thickness and defect density for better solar cell performance.

Advanced Strategies to Tailor the Nucleation and Crystal Growth in Hybrid Halide Perovskite Thin Films

Jitendra Kumar et al.

Summary: The efficiency of perovskite solar cells has significantly improved due to various techniques employed by researchers worldwide. However, there are still phenomena that are not fully understood, such as ion migration and spectral instability. One of the methods used to mitigate ion migration is by optimizing the morphology of the perovskite thin films. It is crucial to understand and control the crystallization and growth of perovskite for further improvement in efficiency.

Comparative Study of Sonophotocatalytic, Photocatalytic, and Catalytic Activities of Magnesium and Chitosan-Doped Tin Oxide Quantum Dots

Sawaira Moeen et al.

Summary: The present study demonstrates the hydrothermal synthesis of SnO2 quantum dots doped with different concentrations of magnesium and chitosan. The results show that the incorporation of dopants leads to changes in the crystal size and band gap energy of SnO2 quantum dots, as well as the formation of nanorod-like structures and agglomeration. Moreover, the prepared nanocatalyst exhibits good performance in dye degradation.
