Summary: A series of symmetrical bis(urea-1,2,3-triazole) hybrids were synthesized and their antimicrobial activity was tested. The majority of the compounds showed higher antimicrobial potency than the standard drugs. Compounds 5d and 6d exhibited the strongest antimicrobial activity. There was a correlation between the experimental and computational results.

Summary: In this study, the synthesis and anticancer activity of six 1,2,3-triazole ferrocenyl compounds were discussed. The compounds showed high activity against human non-small-cell lung cancer cells, surpassing the activity of reference anticancer drugs. Reactive oxygen species were found to play a major role in the antiproliferative activity of these compounds.
