Summary: 3D iDOSY-HMBC pulse sequences simplify HMBC data of mixtures by separation in the diffusion domain. The methods utilize the iDOSY approach and existing delays of the basic pulse sequence for diffusion attenuation. In the simplest form, no extra delays or RF-pulses are required, only two diffusion gradients added within the HMBC polarization transfer delay.
