Fabrication of InSb crystal via Horizontal Bridgman method and investigation on its thermoelectric properties

Min Jin et al.

Summary: In this study, an undoped III-V group InSb crystal was prepared using a Horizontal Bridgman method, and its electrical and thermal transport properties were investigated at different temperatures. The maximum figure of merit ZT = 0.63 was achieved around 700K, indicating the potential of InSb crystal as a promising middle-temperature thermoelectric material for energy conversion applications in the future.
