The efficacy of different treatments for type 2 cesarean scar pregnancy

Summary: The study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of 3 treatment options for type 2 cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) and establish an optimal treatment strategy. The results showed that ultrasound-guided vacuum aspiration after local injection of lauromacrogol was recommended for patients with type 2 CSP at < 49 days of gestation, while laparotomy or laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy was suitable for patients with gestation of > 49 days, especially for those with > 56 days of gestation.
