In this study, we designed and synthesized a colorimetric and near-infrared fluorescent probe YC-Si for F- detection. The probe selectively breaks Si-O bonds and specifically responds to F-, with a high sensitivity and a detection limit of 6.59 x 10-7 mol/L. YC-Si has a large Stokes shift at 678 nm (168 nm) and has been demonstrated to have cell permeability and low cytotoxicity for F- detection in living cells.
In this study, we have successfully designed and synthesized a colorimetric and near-infrared fluorescent probe YC-Si for F- detection based on malononitrile isophorone derivatives which can selectively make Si-O bond breakage probes that can respond specifically to F- and have high sensitivity with a detection limit of 6.59 x 10-7 mol/L. The probe YC-Si has a large Stokes shift at 678 nm (168 nm). In cell imaging experiments it was demonstrated that YC-Si has cell permeability and low cytotoxicity and can be used to detect F- in living cells. .
