This paper reported the synthesis of 4'-amino-6'-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-spiro[acenaphthylene-1,2'-chromene]-3'carbonitrile compounds through a three-component reaction, and investigated their optical properties as a cyanide colorimetric sensor ion.
This paper reported the synthesis of 4'-amino-6'-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-spiro[acenaphthylene-1,2'-chromene]-3'carbonitrile compounds through the three-component reaction of acenaphthoquinone, malononitrile, and various phenols in the presence of Fe3O4@SiO2@Si-Pr-NH(CH2)(2)NH2. Furthermore, the optical properties of 4'-amino-7'-methoxy-2-oxo-2H-spiro[acenaphthylene-1,2'-chromene]-3'-carbonitrle was investigated as a cyanide colorimetric sensor ion in CH3CN with high selectivity and sensitivity. The detection limit of the colorimetric sensor to detect the cyanide ion is 0.184 x 10(-9) mol. L-1.
