Summary: This study focuses on the influence of entrepreneurs' Internet-era imprint on digital entrepreneurship level and venture capital for entrepreneurial firms. The findings suggest that entrepreneurs with Internet-era imprint are more inclined to use digital technologies in their entrepreneurial process, leading to higher digital entrepreneurship level. Digital entrepreneurship driven by imprint acts as a quality signal, increasing the success rate of accessing venture capital. Venture capital providers value entrepreneurs' Internet-era imprint rather than their personal socioeconomic status, as it is more relevant to the success of digital entrepreneurship.

The empirical results show that RDI serves as an external driver for EDT and EO, with EDT playing a mediating role. Summary: This study investigates the impact of lead entrepreneur's digital leadership on digital entrepreneurial success using social learning theory. The findings indicate a positive relationship between lead entrepreneur's digital leadership and entrepreneurial team's digital entrepreneurial success. Furthermore, lead entrepreneur's digital leadership is positively correlated with digital entrepreneurial success through technology absorptive capacity and technological innovation capability. The study also suggests that leader group prototypicality strengthens the impact of lead entrepreneur's digital leadership on the entrepreneurial team's technology absorptive capacity and technological innovation capability. Overall, this research contributes to understanding the influence of digital leadership on entrepreneurial success.

Summary: In recent years, investors have become overly reliant on intelligent systems, leading to polarization and frequent reversal of their behavior. This study used qualitative simulations and catastrophe theory to construct a model of investor behavior based on sentiment, confidence, and behavior changes. The results show that neutral-type investors are more influenced by information push from intelligent systems, resulting in drastic behavioral changes. Even if the direction of change in an investor's internal trust level is inconsistent with external disturbances, catastrophe behavior can still occur. This research lays the foundation for guiding and controlling investor behavior in the intelligent era.
