High-Performance organic photodiodes for Blue-Light hazard detection

Jong-Hong Lu et al.

Summary: In this study, high-performance organic photodiodes (OPDs) were achieved for blue-light hazard (BLH) detection by incorporating a PffBT4T-2OD:PC71BM bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) active layer. The OPDs exhibited excellent performance, high detectivity, and a wide linear dynamic range, making them suitable for image photosensors and medical monitoring.
