Summary: This study considers the effects of saturation structure and uncertain factors on a class of recurrent neural networks. By designing various saturated controllers, sufficient conditions for robust finite-time synchronization are proposed, along with the estimations of settling-time and domain of attraction. Notably, the designed controller can be simplified for globally robust finite-time synchronization within the saturation structure framework. A numerical example is provided to validate the presented results.

Summary: This article investigates the stability and stabilization issues of T-S fuzzy systems with time-varying delay using a generalized reciprocally convex inequality. The enhanced stability criteria with less conservatism are achieved by employing a novel GRCI and establishing an asymmetric L-K. The proposed method includes some previous methods as exceptional examples by introducing a matrix-valued polynomial, and a stabilization method is produced based on parallel distributed compensation. Case studies are carried out to indicate the effectiveness and advantages of the stability and stabilization criteria.

Summary: In this article, a novel fuzzy adaptive GNN-ZNN (FA-GNN-ZNN) model is proposed for matrix inversion. By introducing a fuzzy adaptive control strategy, the FA-GNN-ZNN model can adaptively change its size according to the residual error, leading to better performance compared to the existing H-GNN-ZNN model under the same conditions. Additionally, different activation functions are applied to the FA-GNN-ZNN model to further improve its performance, as supported by theoretical analysis and comparative simulation results.

Summary: This article introduces a new PC-CVZNN model, which demonstrates superior performance in solving complex-valued linear matrix equations with time-varying coefficients thanks to the integration of a new parameter-changing function. The theoretical analysis and numerical comparison experiments validate the faster convergence rate of the PC-CVZNN model compared to fixed-parameter CVZNN models and other similar neural networks with parameter-changing functions. Additionally, the application of this method to mobile manipulator control highlights the potential practical value of the PC-CVZNN model in the industrial field.
