Summary: This study investigated the impact of screening colonoscopy on the risk of PSCRC and the ADR of endoscopists. The results showed that as the endoscopist's ADR increased, the incidence of PSCRC decreased, while patients in the high-risk group had a higher incidence of PSCRC.
