Genome-wide identification, characterization and expression profiling of TRAF family genes in Sebastes schlegelii

Miao Han et al.

Summary: This study systematically identified and characterized the TRAF gene family in black rockfish. The results showed that SsTRAFs are involved in immune response after bacterial infection.

Identification and functional analysis of dual-specificity phosphatases (DUSP) genes in Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) against temperature and Edwardsiella tarda stress

Ping Han et al.

Summary: In this study, 28 DUSP genes in Japanese flounder were identified and classified. The results showed that these genes were conservative and functionally-constrained during evolution, and they were expressed at different developmental stages. Additionally, the study revealed differential responses of these genes to temperature variation and bacterial infection.
