Trial of Thrombectomy 6 to 24 Hours after Stroke Due to Basilar-Artery Occlusion

Ticagrelor versus Clopidogrel in CYP2C19 Loss-of-Function Carriers with Stroke or TIA

Summary: This study compared ticagrelor and clopidogrel for the secondary prevention of stroke in Chinese patients with minor ischemic stroke or TIA who carried CYP2C19 loss-of-function alleles.
