GEOexplorer: a webserver for gene expression analysis and visualisation

The research identified two stable and functionally distinct pancreatic fibroblast lineages marked by CD105 expression, with CD105-positive fibroblasts promoting tumor growth and CD105-negative fibroblasts suppressing tumors, dependent on adaptive immunity. These findings highlight the importance of mesenchymal and immune cell interactions in restricting tumor growth.

Modulation of protein translation involves factors such as initiation factors, RNA-binding proteins, mRNA modifications like m(6)A, and noncoding RNAs like microRNAs and long noncoding RNAs. This review highlights the interplay between mRNA modifications and ncRNAs in regulating protein translation, offering insights for precision therapy in human cancers.
