Investigation of compression constitutive relationship of ancient brick masonry

Qian Xia et al.

Summary: This study analyzed the main mechanical properties of ancient masonry materials and the stress-strain relationship of ancient brick masonry under uniaxial compression. Based on the experimental data, a constitutive relationship and formulas for elastic modulus of ancient brick masonry were established. The findings provide a theoretical basis for finite element simulation and durability evaluation of ancient masonry structures.
