Multiscale analysis of the particles on demand kinetic model

Summary: We conducted a thorough investigation of the particles on demand kinetic model and derived the hydrodynamic limit of the model through appropriate multiscale analysis. Numerical simulations of target benchmarks further confirmed the theoretical predictions.
