A Fast Optimal Speed Planning System in Arterial Roads for Intelligent and Connected Vehicles

Chao Sun et al.

Summary: A fast optimal speed planning system for complex urban driving situations is proposed in this article. Through an adaptive hierarchical control framework, the global speed trajectory is computed and followed by jointly using dynamic programming and interior-point optimizer, predicting with Informer model, and adopting target-switching model-predictive controller.

End-to-End Reliability of Satellite Communication Network Systems

Seunghwa Jung et al.

Summary: This article proposes a method for analyzing the quantitative reliability of satellite communication network systems by deriving a Markov model to analyze the probability distributions of various network states. The relationship between network reliability and OBP structures, space radiation environments, and throughput is studied through quantitative analysis. A method for iteratively updating the reliability distribution of network systems is suggested based on changes in the four factors and network access time changes.
