This paragraph describes a case of a 2-year-old girl with a history of high-risk neuroblastoma who underwent I-123-MIBG and showed increased I-123-MIBG in the left side of the head. Contrast-enhanced MRI and cerebral spinal fluid cytology confirmed the diagnosis of leptomeningeal metastasis.
